SUM 14 and Later With Java Version and SAP Host Agent

Hệ thống hiện hành là SAP ECC 6.05/ Netweaver 7.02

- Theo một số thông tin thì bất kỳ Version nào của SUM cũng chạy được
Tuy nhiên mình thử với SUM version >14 trên NW 7.02 thì không được, lúc mới mở lên chỉ hiện câu như sau:
"The standalone Software Update Manager GUI is no longer supported. You have to use the browser-based SL Common GUI. For more information,  see section SL Common Graphic User Interface of the SUM user guide"

Cái này có lẽ như cần nâng cấp và kết hợp với SAP Host Agent?!?
Vì chưa có thời gian nên chưa xác minh lại việc này

-Trở lại sử dụng SUM14
-SUM14 báo lỗi sau:

java.security.cert.CertificateException: Certificates does not conform to algorithm constraints

SAP có note sau nói về vấn đề này, solution là dùng SUM16- nhưng dùng 16 thì lại có vấn đề như ở trên...luẫn quẫn

Vậy quay lại dùng SUM14 thì bạn phải setup Java 6 là chạy được nhé

1- Config ICM: 
Có thể dùng SMICM để xem, menu Goto-Parameters-xxx để xem, thay đổi các tham số. Chủ yếu là 2 tham số: icm/server_port_0 and icm/host_name_full

2-  Activate require services
Dùng Sicf để active các services
       /default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
       /default_host/sap/public/bc/ur
       /default_host/sap/public/bc/its/mimes

3- Publishing Services
Run tcode SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL 

4- OK, Logon to your SAP System thru Web

2. http://Fullname:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

5- Wow, maybe you will received error page after logonsuch as HTTP 400 - Session not found error
This case, you have to active something in working client in tcode sicf_sessions

So, you can logon with build-in user and install new licenses.

Can not Import Data into SQL 2008R2 64bit from XLSX

Khi import dữ liệu từ file excel (2007/2010...) vào SQL 2008R2 64bit, trên wizard của SQL, ngay sau khi chọn file excel và Next sẽ báo lỗi.

Google Search có nhiều kết quả. Trong đó chủ yếu bảo phải setup cái "AccessDatabaseEngine". Nhưng sure là cái server này đã có cài cái này rồi (1 version nào đó) nên mãi không được.

Nhưng giải pháp là ...cũng cài cái ADE trên nhưng có Product version là 12.0.4518.1014

Client Copy Performance

Khi thực hiện một việc Client Copy đơn giãn nhất là local copy, nhưng nếu không tùy chỉnh vài thứ thì performance rất là chậm
Trường hợp này mình copy client lượng dữ liệu khoảng 250G trên server 2 processors, 8 cores, 2.67Ghz, 18G Ram là mất khoảng 30h

- Với client thứ 2, có tùy chỉnh "Parameter parallel client copy", thiết lập lại "Maximum Number of Processes" lên số cao hơn, thường thì gấp đôi số CPU cores, sau đó thời gian rút lại còn khoảng 11h

==> Trường hợp 1: chỉ 1 workprocess chạy
==> Trường hợp 2: chạy với số wp chỉ định, hầu như là toàn bộ resource, do vậy nhanh hơn
